This spooky event is on its second year in Anacortes this year! Wag-O-Ween is frightful fun for all family members – especially the hairiest ones! Dog trick or treating, music, and fun – all in support of homeless pets at The NOAH Center! There’s a photo booth and a costume contest so everyone look your best! Registration includes a t-shirt for you, a bandana for your pup and a sponsor swag bag! Come out and support the animals at The NOAH Center!
