Anacortes Community Boating's fourth annual fundraiser, Sip & Sea is a fun event supporting boating activities for all community members. Sailing, rowing, kayaking, paddleboarding and seashore stem activities. Music, BBQ, Dessert, with raffle, paddle raise and silent auction.
