Skagit County's Largest Ugly Sweater Party

Come eat, drink, be merry and support The Salvation Army in Skagit County! We have had a tough year financially. We have applied for $146,000 in grants and have received $6,000, currently leaving us in a $126,000 deficit for the year. Because of this, we have had to lay off our Administrative Assistant, cut rental assistance, utility assistance, motel vouchers, and cut hours of our after-school program. Many people don’t know that we do not rely on a corporate umbrella for funding. 100% of our funds come directly from local donations and grants. We are hoping that our Christmas season will be big to make up for some of this deficit. Can you come kick off our Red Kettle Season with us and help us raise funds for our programs and services?
