In 2025\, we launched a seasonal \;
Adventure Series \;designed to help people get outside and explore our beautiful backyard at an economical fare. Most Adventure Series trips are just $45 roundtrip for adults (a 50% savings from our standard fares)\, making non-ferry served island access more attainable for our community.
\nOur Adventure Series focuses on creating space for people to connect with the natural world: hiking island trails\, picnicking on remote beaches\, visiting marine state parks\, and enjoying bird and wildlife observation through a &ldquo\;create your own adventure&rdquo\; format.

\nThese trips are self-guided experiences - we provide the ride and the access\, and you set the pace and plan your day. There&rsquo\;s no formal guide on site\, giving you the freedom to explore the island on your own terms and craft an adventure that&rsquo\;s entirely your own.

On Saturday\, April 18th bring your hiking shoes\, camera\, and a picnic to explore the scenic trails and beaches of Cypress Island! Land at Pelican Beach on the island&rsquo\;s north side and step straight into adventure. From here\, wander the 3 mile Duck Lake Loop toward Eagle Harbor\, or head west to Smuggler&rsquo\;s Cove for sweeping Rosario Strait views and a quaint beach stop (5 miles roundtrip). Pelican Beach is the perfect starting point for a day of hiking\, exploring\, and soaking in the natural beauty of Cypress Island.

\nThe boat will depart Skyline Marina at 11am with a 30-45 minute travel time to the island. The boat will pick up at Pelican Beach on Cypress Island at 2:15pm to return to Skyline Marina. \;
